Overview
**· Safety Compliance:** Ensure the warehouse operates in accordance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
**· Risk Assessment:** Conduct regular risk assessments and identify potential hazards.
Develop and implement mitigation strategies.
**· Training:** Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff on safety protocols, procedures, and best practices.
**· Emergency Response:** Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
Conduct drills and ensure staff is prepared for emergencies.
· **Incident Reporting:** Investigate accidents and incidents, complete incident reports, and recommend corrective actions.
· **Environmental Compliance:** Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Develop and implement environmental management programs.
· **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training programs.
· **Safety Culture:** Promote a strong safety culture within the warehouse by fostering awareness and accountability.
· **Equipment Inspection:** Regularly inspect and maintain safety equipment and firefighting systems.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation or Certificate In safety
- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in the UAE or GCC.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with site safety practices and regulations
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
