- Supervise daily production operations within the warehouse
- Follow up on receiving fruits and vegetables and ensure they meet quality standards
- Inspect products and sort damaged or non conforming items
- Ensure proper sorting, packaging, and packing procedures are applied correctly
- Maintain quality and food safety standards throughout all work stages
- Monitor cleanliness and order within production and packaging areas
- Prepare operational reports and raise any observations or challenges affecting workflow
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouses, production, or operational processes, preferably in fresh fruits and vegetables or food products
- Good knowledge of quality and food safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast paced and changing operational environment
- Ability to manage priorities and work within a team
- Proficiency in using computers

Role Overview
- نبحث عن مسؤول إنتاج مستودع للانضمام إلى فريق العمليات.
- مسؤول عن متابعة وإدارة العمليات اليومية الخاصة بالخضار والفواكه داخل المستودع.
- يشمل استلام المنتجات، وفحص جودتها، وفرز الأصناف التالفة، والتعبئة والتغليف وفق المعايير التشغيلية.
المسؤوليات والمهام
- الإشراف على سير عمليات الإنتاج اليومية داخل المستودع.
- متابعة استلام الخضار والفواكه والتأكد من مطابقتها لمعايير الجودة.
- فحص المنتجات وفرز الأصناف التالفة أو غير المطابقة للمواصفات.
- التأكد من تطبيق إجراءات الفرز والتعبئة والتغليف بالشكل الصحيح.
- المحافظة على معايير الجودة وسلامة الغذاء خلال جميع مراحل العمل.
- متابعة النظافة والترتيب داخل مناطق الإنتاج والتعبئة.
- إعداد التقارير التشغيلية ورفع أي ملاحظات أو تحديات تؤثر على سير العمل.
Requirements
- خبرة سابقة في المستودعات أو الإنتاج أو العمليات التشغيلية، ويفضل في مجال الخضار والفواكه أو المنتجات الغذائية.
- معرفة جيدة بإجراءات الجودة وسلامة الغذاء.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة تشغيلية سريعة ومتغيرة.
- القدرة على إدارة الأولويات والعمل ضمن فريق.
- اجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي.
