We're looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our friendly and collaborative logistics team based in Welshpool, WA. Why You'll Love Working with UsFull-time, permanent opportunity (Day Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday)Supportive team culture with strong safety focus, ongoing training and development opportunitiesWork with one of Australia's leading building products companies What You'll Be DoingPicking and preparing customer orders for despatchCoordinating loading/unloading of vehicles with the despatch officerOperating a forklift (counterbalance) safely and efficientlyMonitoring driver inductions and ensuring compliance with site safety rulesMaintaining accurate paperwork for despatchContributing to a positive and productive warehouse environment What You'll Bring to succeed Forklift Licence (Counterbalance) - EssentialPrevious experience in warehouse operations (ideally in building products or logistics)Ability to lift up to 25kg and safely handle plasterboardBasic computer skills - foundational level preferred (in preparation for future WMS implementation)Team player with good communication skills and a strong safety mindsetGood attention to detail, numeracy, and English literacyWhite Card (or willing to obtain) Why CSR?At CSR, we're all about building better - for our customers, communities, and our people.
