About the RoleReporting to the Production Supervisor, you will play an integral role in safely operating manufacturing equipment and forklift machinery to support the production of high-quality Gyprock products.Key responsibilities include:Promoting and contributing to a strong safety-first cultureOperating manufacturing equipment and production workstationsPerforming forklift operations to support production requirementsMaintaining raw material supply to the production lineConducting quality checks in line with national testing requirementsMonitoring and adjusting production processes to meet product specificationsRecording production and quality data using CSR systemsSupporting continuous improvement initiatives across the siteMaintaining housekeeping and operational standards within the factoryShift PatternThis role operates on a Monday to Friday rotating roster, requiring flexibility to work across all three shifts:Day Shift: 6:00am to 2:00pmAfternoon Shift: 2:00pm to 10:00pmNight Shift: 10:00pm to 6:00amAt CSR, we're building a better future together.With over 2,600 employees across Australia and New Zealand, CSR is a leading building products company focused on innovation, sustainability, and manufacturing excellence.
