Role Overview
Manage inventory, prepare shipments, and support efficient warehouse operations at MAPEI.
Work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare orders while maintaining an organized shipping and receiving area.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments and verify accuracy against documents.
- Load and unload pallets and containers safely and efficiently.
- Pack shipping containers and product bags according to order specifications.
- Maintain inventory counts, track orders, and keep proper documentation.
- Sort and organize materials by size, type, and product code.
- Operate sit-down, stand-up, cherry-picker, clamp, and reach forklifts.
- Prepare Bills of Lading and shipment tracking records.
- Report discrepancies or quality concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Compensation
- Base hourly pay is up to $19.00 per hour, based on experience.
- Shift differentials are $1.00 per hour for second shift and $2.00 per hour for third shift, if applicable.
