Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in the manufacturing of construction chemicals and building materials, including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration.

As a Part- Time Organizational Development Coordinator, you’ll help bring employee learning, leadership development, and career growth programs to life.

You’ll coordinate programs, support HR systems, and partner with teams across the organization to keep development initiatives running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate learning, leadership development, and university programs, including scheduling, communications, materials, logistics, and participant tracking.
  • Assist with e-learning course development, training materials, and career development resources, partnering with stakeholders to support career paths and employee growth.
  • Support the Learning Management System (LMS), Oracle, and talent processes, maintaining accurate records and data for reporting and decision-making.
  • Manage the Talent Management inbox, respond to employee inquiries, coordinate requests, and partner with HR and managers to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Process invoices, track program expenses, maintain documentation, and support OD projects and process improvements.
  • Follow MAPEI’s Business Management System policies and procedures, including compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety requirements.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources and/or Learning Management System administration; Oracle HCM experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate program details, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail when maintaining records, processing transactions, and preparing materials.
  • Clear communication skills and a responsive, service-oriented approach to supporting employees and working across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new HR and learning systems.
