Role Description
- The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring accurate and timely receipt, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.
- This part time, hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi, with a combination of on site presence and some work from home flexibility.
Key Tasks
- Managing inventory levels, monitoring stock movements, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining compliance with healthcare and safety standards
- Supervising warehouse staff, optimizing workflows, implementing operational policies, and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to meet supply requirements
- Addressing internal customer service requests, resolving issues related to stock availability, and supporting periodic audits and reporting
Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management and Warehouse Management skills
- Inventory Control skills to track stock levels, conduct regular reconciliations, and prevent shortages or overstock
- Supervisory Skills to lead warehouse staff, allocate tasks, and monitor performance in a healthcare setting
- Customer Service skills to respond effectively to internal stakeholders and coordinate timely deliveries
- Relevant experience in healthcare or medical supplies logistics is beneficial
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency with warehouse management or inventory systems and basic office software
- Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field
