About the Role
Setra Saudi Electronic Trading & Contracting Company is looking for a Warehouse Officer to perform basic warehouse tasks, including handling incoming/outgoing materials, data entry, and coaching lower-level workers.

- Comply with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures
- Follow all relevant Logistics instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled manner
- Coach lower level jobs on simple tasks to ensure compliance with guidelines
- Shift, clean, shrink materials and deliver to different locations
- Prepare shipments of finished items to shipping areas
- Enter data into system and keep records for maintenance and project orders
- Communicate internally with other departments to ensure progression of work
Requirements
- Ability to perform basic warehouse tasks and standardized routine activities
- Ability to gather information and follow up on ordered and received goods
- Ability to handle incoming/outgoing materials in raw, packaging and finish warehouse with computer system
- Ability to lead warehouse workers and coach lower level jobs
- Compliance with safety, quality, health and environmental procedures

Job Overview
- The jobs in this level are responsible for performing basic tasks and some standardized routine activities, gathering information, following up on ordered and received goods under minimal supervision. Jobs in clearance are responsible for clearing shipments in all KSA airports, dry port and sea port
