The company is seeking a Warehouse Officer to support warehouse operations including receiving, dispatching, documentation, and inventory verification. The role requires a vocational college diploma or higher, knowledge of Good Distribution Practices, and good English and computer skills.

Responsibilities
- Report to Warehouse Supervisor / Senior Supervisor / Asst. Manager
- Indicate SAP problems (Pending TR, TO, LU04, INT Location etc) to area supervisors
- Ensure proper documentation of Warehouse activities
- Report about the problems in order to conduct proper investigation
- Monitor hygienic practices and discipline inside the distribution center
- Receiving / Dispatching and physical verification of products and the related documents
- Follow up with all the staff concerned and maintain all the records of FG Section
- Prepare the related documents and update System as per the consignee
- Transfer F.G. to respective location
- Ensure truck inspection as per the SOPs
- Report the daily outgoing and incoming products to the Superior
- Ensure cleanliness / Safety around activity
Requirements
- Vocational college diploma or higher qualification
- Sufficient experience and knowledge in Good Distribution Practices activity
- Sufficient experience & knowledge in regular work of finished goods and documentation
- English language must be good and computer skills are essential
