Responsibilities
- Build database about tenders’ time tables, potential and decision makers
- Capture ad hoc business opportunities through regular Key Accounts visits
- Initiate, negotiate and receive RFQ along with quotation preparation
- Receive purchasing orders and submit to concerned department
- Introduce and promote existing products and new launches to healthcare professionals
- Manage promotional budget to balance customer support and ROI
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and meetings
- Plan for target achievement and split between accounts
- Report plan progress weekly, identify gaps and action plans
- Prepare reports on customer profile, needs, and competitive activities
- Perform market research for under registration products
- Update company database frequently

- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
- 1 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Saudi nationality

Key Responsibilities
- Build data base about tenders’ time tables, potential and decision makers establish new business opportunities and channels.
- Capture ad hoc (direct purchases) business opportunities through regular KA visits and lobby of concerned persons.
- Initiate, negotiate and receive RFQ along with quotation preparation, delivery & approval.
- Receive purchasing order & submit back to the concerned department.
- Get profit from synergies with other territory teams and other field players.
- Introduce and promote existing products and new launches through promotion to doctors, clinical pharmacists, etc.
- Manage promotional budget to balance between customers’ scientific support and return on related investment.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, standalone meetings, Group Meetings and conventions.
- Plan for target achievement and split between accounts.
- Report plan progress on weekly basis, identify gaps and plan of action to close it.
- Prepare & update reports about customers’ profile, needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential.
- Perform market research for under registration products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy.
- 1 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Saudi.
