Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the Raw Material Store and Equipment Store
- Supervise respective team members, ensuring proper job descriptions and task checklists are given
- Follow set policies and procedures for receiving and issuing products
- Establish and maintain accurate stock on hand reports, ensuring physical and system counts tally
- Ensure proper labeling, ailing, and storing of all products within designated stores
- Maintain FIFO system for raw material products
- Establish minimum and maximum stock levels for all stores based on sales and production forecasts
- Ensure timely and daily recording of invoices and stock issues in the inventory management system
- Ensure proper system is followed for all 'Goods Returns'
- Ensure adherence and implementation of all Dubai Municipality rules and HACCP policies related to storage of raw material
- Review daily stock levels of raw material and prepare store purchase requisitions
- Generate monthly aging report / import planner / slow moving item reports
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 4 years of work experience in warehouse management
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Excel
- Solid understanding of warehouse management and inventory
- Any certification in warehouse management is an added advantage

Overview
- We are currently seeking a Warehouse Officer with a minimum of 3 4 years of work experience. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree, additional any certification in warehouse management would be considered an added advantage. Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the Raw Material Store and Equipment Store

- Establish and maintain at all times accurate stock on hand reports, whereby physical and system counts tally at all times.

- Establish minimum and maximum stock levels for all stores, in order to ensure that stocks are available at all times for the consumer market as well as for production, based on sales and production forecasts.

Compensation
- Pay: AED3,500.00 AED4,000.00 per month
