Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the Raw Material Store and Equipment Store
- Supervise respective team members and ensure proper job descriptions and task checklists
- Follow set policies and procedures for receiving and issuing products
- Establish and maintain accurate stock on hand reports, ensuring physical and system counts tally
- Ensure proper labeling, ailing, and storing of all products within designated stores
- Maintain FIFO system for Raw material products
- Establish minimum and maximum stock levels based on sales and production forecasts
- Ensure timely and daily recording of invoices and stock issues in the inventory management system
- Ensure proper system for Goods Returns
- Ensure adherence to Dubai Municipality rules and HACCP policies related to storage of raw material
- Review daily stock levels and prepare store purchase requisitions
- Generate monthly aging report, import planner, and slow moving item reports
Requirements
- Minimum 3 4 years of work experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Excel
- Solid understanding of warehouse management and inventory
- Certification in warehouse management (added advantage)

Job Overview
- We are currently seeking a Store incharge for a food manufacturing company located in Dubai.
- Ideal candidate should have minimum of 3 4 years of work experience, should hold a Bachelor's degree, additional any certification in warehouse management would be considered an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel is a must, as well as a solid understanding of warehouse management and inventory.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the stores designated to you which are the Raw Material Store, and Equipment Store
- Supervise respective team members, whilst ensuring that proper job descriptions and task checklist is given to each team member.
- Follow the set policies & procedures for Receiving & issuing products.

- Establish minimum and maximum stock levels for all stores, in order to ensure that stocks are available at all times for the consumer market as well as for production, based on sales and production forecasts.
- Ensure timely and daily recording of invoices and stock issues in the inventory management system.
- Ensure proper system is followed for all 'Goods Returns'.
- Ensure adherence and implementation of all Dubai Municipality rules and HACCP polices and procedures related to storage of raw material.
- Review daily stock levels of raw material and prepare store purchase requisitions.
- Generate monthly aging report / import planner/ slow moving item reports.
Salary
- Salary: AED. 3500 4000 gross (All Inclusive)
