The Role
Hands-on floor role managing a high-volume FMCG warehouse under significant operational pressure.
Responsible for inbound, outbound, inventory accuracy, and decisive direction of the warehouse team.
Peak harvest season may involve extended hours and weekend work.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end warehouse operations covering inbound, storage, outbound, and inventory accuracy.
- Run FIFO, FEFO, and JIT inventory control with zero tolerance for stock variance.
- Lead the warehouse team, set KPIs, track them, and report weekly.
- Coordinate daily with procurement, production, logistics, and quality to prevent delays.
- Enforce food safety, hygiene, and warehouse safety standards.
- Maintain and audit SOPs and track inventory in real time via SAP.
Required Skills
- Minimum 8 years of warehouse management experience in FMCG.
- Proven track record leading teams in high-volume, time-sensitive operations.
- Working knowledge of SAP and WMS.
- Availability for extended hours and weekends during peak season.
Preferred Qualification
- Food-sector experience is preferred.
- Ability to command the floor through presence and results is a strong plus.
