Al Barakah Dates Factory LLC is hiring a Human Resources Officer for its food manufacturing operation.

Human Resources Responsibilities
- Support recruitment through job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Assist with onboarding and induction of new joiners.
- Support visa, labor card, and Emirates ID processing and renewals.
- Coordinate with the PRO on government documentation.
- Assist with payroll data preparation and attendance tracking.
- Support employee relations, grievance documentation, and disciplinary records.
- Coordinate with department heads on manpower and administrative needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG is preferred.
- UAE HR experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with UAE Labor Law is a plus.
