Client of Tawzef seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage all warehouse operations related to spare parts, fleet materials, and other company assets. The role involves implementing best practices in storage, safety, operational quality, and accurate data management, while organizing warehouse
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise the arrangement, storage, and classification of spare parts and supplies
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety procedures and maintain proper storage conditions
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies, quality standards, and inventory control procedures
- Review and receive materials and spare parts from suppliers and verify their compliance with invoices, specifications, and purchase requirements
- Approve the issuance of materials to workshops and departments in accordance with approved procedures
- Coordinate with the Procurement Team to ensure the availability of materials and spare parts required for fleet operations
- Directly supervise storekeepers, loading/unloading workers, and warehouse personnel
- Organize work schedules, assign daily tasks, and monitor team performance
- Train employees on storage procedures, safety requirements, and proper material handling
- Plan and conduct periodic and annual physical inventory counts and prepare variance reports
- Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory and recommend appropriate solutions for utilization, rotation, or disposal
- Prepare accurate reports on inventory levels and reorder points
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- Experience in warehouse management and organization
- Knowledge of safety procedures and inventory control
- Ability to supervise and train warehouse personnel
- Experience with ERP systems and data management
- Ability to prepare and submit reports
- Experience in procurement and quality standards
