- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, shipping/receiving, and storage areas.
- Prepare, package, process, and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage and accuracy, and process receiving documentation.
- Arrange and coordinate shipments via: Courier services (FedEx, UPS, DHL, Purolator, etc.) Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Full Truckload (FTL)

- Coordinate customs clearance activities and work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers.
- Track shipments and proactively resolve transportation issues and delays.
- Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records within ERP or inventory management systems.
- Oversee our cylinder cleaning processes and manage internal and external requests.
- Load and unload shipments safely using material handling equipment as required.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities.
