Coordinate, administer, and maintain AGAT's vehicle fleet, including registrations, maintenance scheduling, fuel cards, insurance documentation and vehicle assignments.
Monitor upcoming renewals, maintenance requirements and other fleet obligations.
Administer and maintain the corporate travel booking portal and ensure travel arrangements comply with corporate policies and approved procedures.
Assist employees with travel bookings and travel-related inquiries.
Review, reconcile and process monthly corporate credit card statements and supporting documentation.
Follow up with cardholders regarding outstanding receipts, discrepancies and expense information.
Provide administrative support for accounts payable and other accounting functions.
Assist the Controller and Accounting team with reporting, schedules and special projects as required.
Maintain AGAT's rent and lease schedules and ensure information remains accurate and current.
Monitor lease obligations, renewal dates and rent payments.
Coordinate documentation and communications with landlords and property management representatives.
Handle confidential corporate and financial information with professionalism and discretion.
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience within a professional or corporate environment.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, planning and time-management skills.
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
