Manage daily warehouse operations, inventory availability, receiving, dispatch, safety, employee training, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations using inventory management systems.
- Coordinate receiving and dispatching and maintain accurate system records.
- Implement safety and security procedures for employees and assets.
- Conduct inventory audits, investigate discrepancies, and prepare management reports.
- Organize the warehouse to improve access and reduce search time.
- Provide teams with information about available inventory.
- Train new employees on warehouse systems and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to process customer orders.
- Propose improvements to warehouse processes and operational efficiency.
