Role Overview
Allredi is seeking a reliable, hardworking warehouse associate for a Warehouse Delivery Driver position.
The role combines warehouse functions with delivering, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products.
Delivery and Vehicle Duties
- Prepare trucks by overseeing loading, securing items, and verifying shipping papers.
- Inspect tires, lights, brakes, fluids, and other vehicle elements for safe and cost-effective performance.
- Deliver complete orders using effective routes and established time frames.
- Maintain communication with the company during deliveries and document customer receipt and discrepancies.
- Read maps, operate GPS, and plan delivery routes accurately.
Warehouse Duties
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.
- Pull orders and transfers and prepare them for shipment on pallets or in boxes.
- Label shipments correctly for delivery.
- Check in arriving inventory and match purchase orders with vendor packing slips.
- Receive purchase orders into the P21 system.
- Maintain assembled hose inventory for future customer orders.
- Keep the warehouse clean and assist with order entry and sales quotes as needed.
