Role overview
Respond to customer inquiries and ensure customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Support customers with parts identification, quotations, orders, returns, billing adjustments, and order tracking.
Support overall business operations through customer service and coordination with Sales, Warehouse, and logistics providers.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer phone calls and emails and process orders efficiently.
- Maintain customer relationships, resolve complaints, and provide professional support.
- Process orders, refunds, and exchanges.
- Monitor incoming products and provide accurate delivery estimates to customers.
- Support Sales with quote follow-up and proactive customer information sharing.
- Complete ongoing product development training.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to help dispatch shipments.
- Assist in the warehouse with packing, sorting, loading, and unloading trucks when needed.
- Follow company policies and health and safety procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
