Job Summary
The Warehouse Coordinator supports efficient warehouse operations through inventory management, material handling, storage, and logistics coordination.
The role supports Emerson's Measurement Systems and Solutions business across the Middle East and Africa region and is based in Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of materials and equipment.
- Document inbound and outbound shipments according to company procedures.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through stock checks, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate replenishment with Procurement and Operations teams.
- Organize storage areas for space utilization, traceability, and efficiency.
- Prepare logistics documentation and resolve inventory or shipment discrepancies.
- Ensure material labeling, storage, handling, preservation, quality, and safety compliance.
- Support material delivery, returns, repairs, disposals, transfers, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Train and support warehouse personnel on processes, systems, and best practices when required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
