Position Summary
Support manufacturing excellence through assembly and testing of valve products against defined specifications and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Dubai to support smooth operations, continuous improvement, safe working practices, and high-quality customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Support production orders and align execution with operational priorities.
- Perform valve assembly, calibration, and testing to meet quality and compliance standards.
- Work with engineering and operations teams on tailored solutions and special testing requirements.
- Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and responses to production challenges.
- Monitor production performance indicators and address variances.
- Maintain tools, fixtures, and equipment and ensure preventive maintenance readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement, reduce inefficiencies, and apply lean manufacturing practices.
- Share knowledge with team members and support automation and digital performance initiatives.
- Participate actively in health and safety practices.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or industrial production operations.
