Responsibilities
- Oversee day to day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of medical equipment and supplies
- Liaise with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth operational flow
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts and reconciliations
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of medical devices in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate inbound shipments with suppliers and outbound deliveries with logistics partners and customers
- Inspect incoming goods for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues and report findings promptly
- Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation (delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
- Support order fulfillment by ensuring timely and accurate picking and packing of customer orders
- Monitor stock levels and assist in replenishment planning to avoid shortages or overstock situations
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health, safety, and industry standards
- Assist in audits, inventory checks, and regulatory inspections as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations (UAE)
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Good Microsoft Excel skills

Requirements

- Familiarity with medical device handling, storage requirements, and basic regulatory standards is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
