Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments of medical devices, ensuring timely and cost effective transportation
- Manage relationships with third party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and courier services
- Ensure compliance with MOHAP and GDP regulations for handling, storage and transport of medical devices
- Oversee daily logistics activities including shipment planning, tracking, documentation and issue resolution
- Monitor and optimize inventory movement between distribution centers, warehouses and customers
- Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records using ERP systems
- Collaborate with warehouse team to ensure accurate picking, packing and shipping procedures
- Support demand planning and forecast accuracy through data driven insights
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead or participate in logistics related projects including system upgrades, vendor evaluations and SOP development
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in logistics, preferably within medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution industry
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping practices and regulatory compliance
- Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage
- Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills

Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize our logistics and supply chain operations.
