Role overview

What you will do

• Unload deliveries, verify contents against purchase orders, and follow receiving processes.
• Pick and fulfil work orders accurately, including product identification, labelling, packaging, and documentation.
• Track inventory, conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and improve material workflows.
• Generate and update Excel inventory reports for management decisions and process improvements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse.
• Communicate with hardware and production teams about material flow and resolve operational issues.
• Identify, propose, and support continuous improvement processes.

Required qualifications

• Experience as a warehouse or logistics coordinator or in an equivalent role.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally toward a common goal.
