Permis de conduire valide de classe 5

Capacité à soulever jusqu’à 70 lb et à manipuler des colis lourds, encombrants ou de grande taille

Capacité à rester debout pendant de longues périodes et à travailler à l’extérieur pour des durées prolongées

Détient ou peut obtenir une certification de chariot élévateur (forklift)

Capacité à obtenir une carte d’identité de zone réglementée (RAIC) selon les normes de Transports Canada

Capacité à obtenir la formation Airside, la certification SABLE, AVOP et la certification Rayons X

Minimum d’un an d’expérience en entrepôt ou en service à la clientèle

Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle en français et en anglais, en assurant une communication claire et efficace et une bonne compréhension des demandes, préoccupations et requêtes des clients à travers le Canada

DHL Express has an opening for Warehouse Associate at our Quebec City, QC location. You will support the business by accurately and efficiently managing shipments and packages to serve our customers’ needs to the best of our ability. Position: Warehouse

Available Shift timing: Monday to Friday, 1-6 PM

Wage: $19.70/hour staring January 1st 2026 and will increase as per the CBA

Use scanners (handheld, wrist, wand) to scan all waybills

Handling of parcels/ shipments

Actively participate in the Sort Operations

Interact effectively and respectfully with other team members

Prepare shipment labels and ensure proper packaging and paperwork are compliant to ship items

Comply with the collective agreement.

Understanding of Customs Processes in preparation of Import/ Export declarations

Coordinate shipment transfers by communicating with Service Centre Operations

Demonstrate exemplary behavior at all times, promote respect in the workplace and follow all required health and safety measures

Any other task assigned

High school diploma or equivalence

Must Be Fluently Bilingual (French, English)

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

Excellent ability to multi-task

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure

Valid Class 5 Driver's License

Able to lift to 70lbs and handle bulky, heavy, awkward shipments

Able to stand for long periods of time and work outdoors for extended periods

Has or is able to obtain a Forklift certification

Ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) as per Transport Canada Standards

Ability to obtain Airside Training, SABLE certification, AVOP, and Xray Certification

Minimum one year warehouse / customer service experience

Provide outstanding customer service in English and French, ensuring clear and effective communication and understanding of customer inquiries, concerns, and requests across Canada.
