Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Executes general warehouse processes, including picking, packaging, and shipping customer orders.
• Pulls orders using a radio frequency (RF) scanner.
• Palletizes completed orders for carrier specific pickups.
• Uses warehouse management system software to maximize performance and order accuracy.
• Operates powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Lifts up to twenty pounds on a regular basis and occasionally lifts up to forty pounds.
• Works efficiently within a team environment to meet order deadlines.

Success in This Role Looks Like

This Position Requires the Following Skills and Attributes

• Holds a high school diploma or equivalent credential.
• Demonstrates basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Operates powered industrial equipment safely, including forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.
• Holds forklift certification and training for stand up, sit down, reach, and stock picker trucks.
• Brings experience using SAP software.
• Works efficiently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Competitive compensation range: CAD $20 - $22 / hour.
