Micro Center is a computer and electronics big-box retailer focused on customer service and long-term customer relationships.
Position Overview
The Warehouse Associate supports warehouse, store operations, order fulfillment, shipments, inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
Pay
- The pay rate is $18.25 per hour.
Major Responsibilities
- Execute web pickup processes and support customer satisfaction.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including pick-packs, backhauls, and return-to-vendor merchandise.
- Maintain clean work areas, conduct cycle counts, stock and replenish products, and participate in merchandising.
- Support loss prevention awareness and physical inventory activities.
- Assemble floor displays and resets.
- Assist customers and perform carry-in and carry-out activities.
- Participate in store opening and closing procedures and perform other assigned duties.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
