ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER - OPERATIONS

We are currently seeking a self-motivated, results-oriented ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER - OPERATIONS. This role oversees daily store operations, inventory management, team development, and customer satisfaction while ensuring operational excellence and strong business results. You'll lead, coach, and inspire associates to achieve performance goals, deliver outstanding service, and support a positive workplace culture.

Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient store environment by ensuring all policies and procedures are consistently followed

Drive performance by meeting or exceeding goals related to inventory control, customer satisfaction, productivity, payroll, and expenses

Oversee inventory management, including physical counts, freight flow, merchandise processing, and asset tracking

Lead front-end operations to ensure customer concerns are resolved promptly and in accordance with company standards. Execute and supervise opening and closing procedures

Act as Manager-on-Duty in the absence of the General Manager or other store leaders

Ensure consistent execution of promotional displays, ad sets, and visual merchandising standards

Manage staffing processes, including hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling to support business needs

Develop and coach supervisors and associates across all departments in customer service, product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures. Provide ongoing feedback and performance coaching to ensure the team is aligned with store goals.
