Assist with warehouse, store, logistics, inventory, and supply chain administration.
Maintain records of products, stock quantities, storage locations, deliveries, transfers, and warehouse activities.
Monitor incoming and outgoing goods, shipments, deliveries, returns, and stock movements.
Update warehouse management systems, inventory platforms, spreadsheets, databases, and operational trackers.
Coordinate with teams, logistics providers, suppliers, drivers, and internal departments.
Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, shipments, outbound orders, and pending activities.
Follow up on delayed deliveries, missing items, incorrect quantities, damaged goods, and outstanding documentation.
Assist with stock checks, cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and routine record reviews.
Maintain delivery notes, receiving records, transfer documents, stock reports, and operational documentation.
