Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations in a maintenance and technical services company.
The candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing materials, tools, and equipment while maintaining proper warehouse cleanliness and stock control.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming materials and tools.
- Arrange and store items properly in the warehouse.
- Prepare materials for site delivery and staff requirements.
- Maintain stock records and update inventory movements.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials.
- Conduct regular stock checking and inventory counting.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Coordinate with procurement and site supervisors for material requests.
- Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures.
Requirements
- High school qualification or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and material handling.
- Ability to lift and move materials safely.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / inventory system preferred).
