Role Overview
A facilities management company is seeking a Painter to join its team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and filling cracks.
- Apply primer, paint, and protective coatings to various surfaces.
- Mix and match paint colors according to specifications.
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards.
- Maintain painting tools and keep the work area clean.
Qualifications
- Maximum 3 to 4 years of painting experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Knowledge of surface preparation and painting techniques.
- Proficiency in using painting tools and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
