Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day office activities, manage workflow, and improve departmental efficiency and productivity.
- Resolve staff conflicts and daily administrative bottlenecks.
- Ensure smooth workflow between departments.
- Provide administrative support.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
- Act as a liaison between staff and upper management while handling inquiries and internal updates.

- Proficiency with basic office equipment and office management software.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask.
- Basic knowledge of HR and administrative activities, UAE Labour Law, and accounting activities.
