- Experience in Indian Cuisine is mandatory
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional table service, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, using POS systems efficiently and effectively.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to Skyzone's standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, including clearing and resetting tables.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with courtesy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food quality and timely delivery.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, including cash and card transactions.
- Assist in the opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down the dining area.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.
