Overview
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic **Waitress** to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take customer orders and serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Ensure a clean and organized dining area at all times.
- Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations.
- Handle cash or card transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Collaborate with kitchen and barista staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers at all times.
Requirements
- **Must have own valid UAE visa (mandatory).**
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality role preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
