Role Overview
Serve restaurant guests by greeting them, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and supporting a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and present menus.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other staff for smooth operations.
- Upsell menu items and recommend selections.
- Follow health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, friendly, team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills.
Compensation
- Pay ranges from AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
