Role Overview
Serve guests in a cafe environment across dine-in, delivery, and takeaway services.
The role combines waitress and guest-order handling responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve guests courteously, helpfully, and promptly.
- Handle guest orders through calls using standard talk lines.
- Welcome, acknowledge, greet, and seat guests.
- Set up tables and prepare mise en place.
- Maintain effective relations with guests across service channels.
Requirements
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal service.
- Excellent skills and knowledge in maintaining cleanliness and personal hygiene standards.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,300 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
