Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Waitress cum Hostess located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Waitress cum Hostess will welcome and seat guests, provide exceptional customer service, take food and beverage orders, ensure timely service, and manage guest interactions to create a positive dining experience.
The role may also involve collaboration with kitchen and service teams to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation, as well as proactively maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure excellent guest engagement and satisfaction.
- Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations to provide high standards of dining experiences.
- Basic Cooking or kitchen support skills are considered an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a high-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
- Prior experience in similar roles in the hospitality industry is preferred.
