We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Waitress to join our team in Al Wakrah.
The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables and dining areas
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service* Process bills and handle cash/card payments
- Follow hygiene and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a waitress or in a similar role
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be locally available in Qatar
- Valid QID is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
