Responsibilities
- Develop and own the complete dessert concept and menu
- Research and introduce new dessert trends and innovative products
- Create high quality recipes with consistent taste and presentation
- Lead the day to day operations of the cloud kitchen
- Manage food preparation, production, quality control, and hygiene standards
- Source ingredients and recommend equipment and packaging
- Optimize recipes for profitability and operational efficiency
- Work closely with the business owner on product launches, seasonal menus, and promotional campaigns
- Continuously improve products based on customer feedback and market trends
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Dessert Chef
- Strong creativity and passion for modern desserts
- Experience developing dessert concepts from scratch
- Knowledge of current dessert trends, premium ingredients, and food presentation
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a business
- Ability to manage kitchen operations independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in cloud kitchens or food delivery concepts is an advantage

About the Opportunity
- P&S Sweets is looking for a passionate, creative, and entrepreneurial Partner Pastry Chef to lead the development and operation of a new cloud kitchen specializing in premium desserts and sweets.
- This is more than a traditional chef position. We are looking for someone who wants to build a brand with us and share in its success through a profit sharing/percentage based compensation model.
