- Ensure dining area and tables are clean, tidy and ready
- Greet and serve guests in the House, Majlis and dining area
- Provide details and information about food, meal and beverages and take orders from guests
- Communicate and coordinate orders with Barista, Coffee man or Kitchen
- Ask guests if they have any allergies to food or drinks
- Deliver food and beverages to dining tables following etiquette rules
- Follow up and check that guests are satisfied with their food and drinks
- Assist guests when necessary
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Comply with health and safety regulations, customer service guidelines and company policies
Requirements
- High school degree
- 2 years of previous working experience as a waitress
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Endurance to walk and stand for long hours

Job Overview

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that dining area and tables are clean, tidy and ready
