Role Summary
Responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, and financial accuracv of proiects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs based on drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations for Furniture.
- Review and verify quantities, and scope alignment * Assist in tender submissions and post-tender clarifications
- Update estimates based on design changes and approvals
