Overview
We are hiring experienced **Waiter / Waitress** for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar & Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements
- Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar teams
- Serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to customer needs promptly
- Handle guest complaints professionally and inform supervisors when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining tables and service stations
- Clear and reset tables efficiently for the next guests
- Process bills and handle payments accurately when required
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
- Follow hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards at all times
- Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties

- 1–3 years of experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality industry preferred

- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage
- Ability to stand and walk for extended hours
