We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters and Waitresses to join our team.
The ideal candidates will provide excellent service to ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set at all times
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints courteously
- Process bills and handle payments
- Follow all hygiene and safety standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Well-groomed with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
