Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus and provide information on menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve orders efficiently while ensuring presentation and food quality standards.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Clear and reset tables between guests.
- Process bills and handle various payment methods.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
- Comply with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to support a smooth service flow.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven waiter, waitress, or similar customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure is required.
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong attention to detail are required.
- Basic math skills for handling payments are required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale systems is an advantage.
- Arabic or other language skills are a plus.
