• Work collaboratively with colleagues across all departments to ensure timely service delivery and a smooth, efficient operation.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by following Anantara standards, hotel policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain professional grooming, personal presentation, and workplace discipline in line with brand standards.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and offerings to confidently assist guests and respond to enquiries.
• Ensure assigned stations are kept clean, organised, and maintained according to operational standards at all times.
• Demonstrate full knowledge of menus, food and beverage offerings, and service procedures to provide accurate information to guests.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems correctly and follow all required procedures for order processing and service transactions.
• Ensure guest privacy and security standards are strictly maintained, particularly when entering guest rooms for Room Service deliveries.
• Follow all health, safety, and security procedures to maintain a safe working environment for guests and colleagues.
• Complete Room Service duties efficiently, including monitoring corridors, collecting used trays, and maintaining cleanliness of service areas.
• Assist with tray breakdown and cleaning procedures, ensuring all equipment, condiments, and service items are properly managed and replenished.
• Participate actively in training sessions and team meetings to continuously develop professional skills and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Respond positively to reasonable requests from supervisors and managers to support operational requirements and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
