- Present bills to customers and accept payment
- Order and maintain inventory of chiller and non chiller products
- Describe and advise on patisseries selection
- Describe menu items for customers
- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
- Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
- Balance cash and record sales
- Provide customer service to assist clients/guests with special needs
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a waiter
- Directly related experience within a full service concept
- Well developed communication skills in English
- Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate cash register including debit and credit transactions
- Knowledge of food & beverage products, techniques and practices
- Understanding of food & beverage health & hygiene standards

Key Skills and Requirements
