Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage service according to departmental standards.
• Attend to guest needs, complaints, requests, and changes courteously.
• Set up and unset function rooms, including table settings.
• Gather supplies for functions and perform assigned side duties.
• Perform cashiering and beverage dispensing as assigned.
• Maintain equipment and keep service and storage areas safe, clean, and secured.
• Report deviations, complaints, incidents, and irregularities to management.
• Assist other F&B outlets during peak periods and carry out assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Average reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Good communication, customer contact, and problem-resolution skills.
• Basic food and beverage product knowledge.
• Guest-oriented, service-minded, self-confident, and detail-oriented team player.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience is an asset.
• Prior experience working with a related system is an asset.
• An additional language is an advantage.

Work Environment

• The role supports hotel food and beverage outlets, banquet functions, guest service, and related service areas.
