Manage guest seating and table allocation.

Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.

Maintain awareness of table availability and guest flow.

Assist the service team with guest requests when required.

Handle guest inquiries politely and professionally.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance and waiting area.

Follow company service, hygiene, and grooming standards.

Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Friendly, welcoming, and customer-focused personality.

Well-groomed with a professional appearance.

Ability to manage guest seating and waiting lists efficiently.

Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
