The role suits an attentive and professional candidate comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with seating when required.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Check on guests and respond to requests or concerns.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
Qualifications
- Good communication and customer service skills are required.
- The candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and professional appearance are expected.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
